I am looking for the correct oil/gas mixture for a Pioneer 1074 saw.

Factory specification when those saws were manufactured is 24:1 mixture with proper chain saw mix oil. Using the mix oil available today for chain saws you could mix leaner at a ratio of 32:1 and not harm the engine.
