Hi i replaced the starter cord and at the same time managed to remove the spring from the power torque starter shaft and now I cannot remember how it went together, any ideas please?

Here is a pic of the relevant section of the manual, Was the spring broken as on a powertorque you should not even need to remove the starter from the engine.

Hi Joe, Not owning a Powertorque, I was wondering as I see in many posts when they say to replace the 'starter 'o'-ring, is that the small one on the shaft assy in your pic?
