Have just scored myself a McCulloch Chainsaw which has good compression but needs some tidying up.

According to the decals on the saw it is a McCulloch Mac Cat 2.3ci,38cc with an 18" Bar.The model number is #60016018 with a serial number of #11-013484.

Should I need spare parts for this chainsaw are they still available?

In what year was this saw released? From my limited searching on the internet I think it was released around May 1989,am I correct?

Does anyone have an exploded view of this saw so that I can start to pull it apart to clean/restore?

Here are some pictures for reference:

Thanx Bruce for your kind reply.

Any chance I can get a exploded view of this chainsaw to assist with pulling it apart and then putting it back together?

Also, what sort of Carburettor does this Chainsaw have fitted should I need a Carbi kit?

Cheers!

Hi Sheriff,

I'm guessing it has either Walbro or Zama carby, If it starts and runs ok you don't need a carby kit,

Sheriff,

The parts list is already in the parts list and manuals area of the forum under questions on chansaws so all you need to do is subscribe to that area in order to download the parts list and many others. cheers2
