Nice little monster I have to play with, she said it starts, just needs wheels and a handle that stays up...... easy fix.
Just downloaded the user manual.....

Had a look today, made a handle repair, I'm proud of..... just luck really.
Cleaned flywheel, good spark, water in fuel tank, gunk in bowl and around enf of jet... so will dismantle carb.
Best thing......... it doesn't owe me $

148cc, B&S .Don't know how they get 5 hp out of 148cc, I might have wrong info...Ali base, funny ali wheels with a rubber sock that slips over ......

Got it going, runs well, a bit of plastic welding on the cowl.....
Mowed the front lawn.
It's a christmas present for needy family.....
