The pair of handlebar saddle plates are missing off my Victa Special 2. They are the part I have highlighted in the diagram attached.

I notice a similarity to the more modern saddles that are still available. Are they the same, or would they do the same job? I would like to know for sure before I fork out the dollars.

I don't have a special 2, but I am 95% confident the ones on my mayfairs of similar era would be a straight swap for those regular victa saddles. Maybe you would have to angle grind a bit off the front as I think they are slightly shorter

Hi Tyler, Yes the ones on the Mayfairs are essentially the same.
