Definitely worth hiring a Ute. All those utilities.almost unobtainable around here. I wonder if any are 450 pro utes. Some look fairly late model. I would take a couple off your hands if successful. It's a long way for me but I will be down your way maybe over Easter. Jeff
They look terribly weather beaten. They might have rust holes everywhere and worn bases where the axles fit. Even though I'm in NSW, Richmond is quite the hike.
Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
The condition of the plastics suggested they had been exposed to the elements for months, maybe years. I just wasn't prepared to go to the trouble of traveling all that way and getting a suitable vehicle for those wrecks. If you had posted earlier and it was clear you really had your heart set on themI may have gone and tried...

My fault entirely for not checking this forum or really knowing much about Gray's online.
It's just that I have no mower projects on at the moment so not as much real interest. Spending enough time just mowing at the moment but my chonda powered Rover Regal 19 seems up to the job.
Only checked the forum because I wanted to post about my brother's success in eliminating kickback on the PT Super 24.
No urgent need here but would pick up a 460 pro 2 stroke if one came my way in my price range. They really have to be local too but that might not be possible.
