Hi All
Rescued a Rover Colt from landfill the other day thought parts might suit my old ranger, didn't have anything I could use so joined up here to see if anyone needs anything.
Deck is in pretty good condition, plenty of other parts in different conditions
Only problem is I am in Armidale NSW.
Will try and help get parts to you.

If you want the deck I will keep it for you till we find a way of getting it down there.
In the next few weeks or so I could possibly get it to Wood Wood on a truck going down to do some work there he would be there about 4 days working.
I will keep looking for other transport.
I will take a few photo's of the deck and post over the WE

hi mick,awww wow,thats great.hope it happens...do you know alot of truckies?..it looks in fab condition...i got this colt as a hauler and put an extra seat behind the drivers seat ,so kids could drive and have fun with an adult on the back...so maybe it will transform into its original purpose......so very kind of you thanks

I originally come from the 'Dale. Left many years ago but elderly mum and other family / friends still there.

Re the Colt.. is the rear axle available and complete per chance? Mine snapped near the drive cog yesterday. Since joining the forum I sense its a common age problem.

Its still sitting here I just bought it for a spare parts machine, I would like to keep the (8hp briggs or whats left of it) as I have a few ranger model 51's to fix up but you are welcome to the rest of it

I'm hoping come to Armidale in the next 3-4 weeks to visit my elderly mother so I could pick it up then if thats ok with you.

Will keep in touch of course as I know exactly when I'll be traveling down. Just watching the Covid / border situation at present. Be just my luck I come down and the QLD border gets closed again meaning I won't be able to come home.
