Hey mate the knobs you are looking for can be ordered from a bloke in Sydney called “Mowsharp” he owns the technical drawings for model 30 queens and they use the same knob. I’ve ordered a fair few from him for various people on Facebook.

Side cover
Handle bars - 20"
Deflector - 20"
