Hi All,
I have an MTD 212-340-062-95208 Tiller that has a Briggs and Stratton 130202-3166-01 Code 92031007 engine on it. The throttle is on the handle of the tiller with a line that goes down to the bottom of the gas tank to move the linkage starting there.

I'm trying to order a new spring like the one at 2:53 in this video: video of similar linkage But when I pull up the manual for the model and type number above ( https://www.thepowerportal.com/ipls/ipl.htm?md=130202316601~_IPLURL_LO.pdf) I can't see the governor arm or that spring on it anywhere (and so it doesn't show up on parts tree etc.) The video above is the closest to the linkage I have that i can find. Neither it, nor mine have any of the longer governor springs that are shown in the parts manual and mine doesn't have one of the longer linkages shown in that video (which makes sense because it's the one connecting the throttle cable down to the rotating piece at the bottom of the gas can and my throttle cable just attaches down there directly.)

Anyways. Long way of saying that that diagram isn't right and I don't quite know how to go about finding the correct one or correct parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See if this is the part? If so it is on pages 22/23 item 209. Goes from the lever on gas tank assy to governor arm.
