Hi all and happy new year. Excuse me if this not in correct area. Was wondering if any of you could recommend an interstate shipper to move bulky items like edgers/lawnmowers and parts? Any tips, clues, suggestions gladly appreciated. John

Cheers Bruce.
Would any of these couriers be capable of moving a complete Rover/SB 45 from Sydney to Perth?
Also for reference, what is the weight of a 45?
Thanks, John

basso, The weight is 70kgs and not that Rover is not making the model 45 cylinder mower any more. So if you can get one I would be holding onto it.

Thanks Bruce...its not that I have one and want to sell...its that I want to get one because of that very issue you raise. The east coast has a much better range but unfortunately people seldom think about shipping to the west. Can you recommend any places worth ringing to see what stock they have on hand? Its pretty well done and dusted over here. John

John, I will make a couple of calls to see if any of the shop owners I know have one on the floor.

Thanks Bruce.
Update on the shipping...cheapest is about $230 but mower has to be totally drained of fuel and oil and it has to be completely wrapped or boxed (or both if you wish).
