Hi to All, This device was manufactured in England and retailed by Dennis P/L and is now no longer made it seems....Even the domain name has lapsed...wouldn't it be great if someone in Oz could make them to suit different makes...especially for our precious collectable mowers; eg.Victa Specials, Automatics and reel mowers. What do you guys think?

I suppose if was dyna bolted to a cement floor it would be a good deterrent, although alarm systems are pretty cheap these days.

Hey Wayne, Yeah mate, that's the go, it was designed to be dyna-bolted to the floor of your shed, and the silver shaft at the back of the mowers' roller was made of hardened steel and had a key lock to remove the shaft and release the mower. Alarms are good, but not many people (round here anyway) have an alarm in their shed....a few have had their sheds broken into lately usually on school holidays and have lost tools, mowers; (next door lost his new Toro), and some have been located at "Cash Converters".Obviously to get money! Better to be safe than sorry eh!!

Hey Darryl,
My shed is booby trapped, I wont say how but if anyone breaks in ,there is a high chance they will be severely injured. I had my shed broken into about 8 years ago, if it happens again I want the mongrel to pay.
cheers gmax

Hey Wayne, Just be careful that you don't have a "CRAFT" moment and fall victim to your own 'booby' trap, as a mate of mine once did....he spent a week in hospital.
