Hi all I have a rover colt 5 ride on mower that I am chasing a new engine for. Unfortunately the piston rod has broken. Just wondering if anyone has an engine that is compatible or the same that they are willing to sell or know where I can get one from? Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks for your time. Just look up on ebay vertical shaft motors just be aware of the fact that the 6hp Chonda motors are not Briggs pattern and re-drilling the holes is quite complex to get them right so the belt adjustments work correctly. Otherwise you have to go to the 13hp motors that are Briggs pattern, but you might have to move quickly on getting one of those as they seem to be drying up obviously because new shipments from China have stopped arriving
