I sneak out of the house I hear the lawn needs my help

Seaweed secrets is the ingredient that I choose
It'll help with new roots and take away the blues
Adding humic in granules in my old hand held device
At 2kilo per hundred this amount will suffice
Black dust begins to fill the morning air
Why oh why a white shirt did I wear?
Spread some fert round with Nitrogen aplenty
Light dose of synthetic and throw 'er down gently
These steps will prepare for the next weekend's task
Top dressing that is, like peeling off its mask
Soil wetter is needed to get the food moving down
Water into the soil - that liquid velvet brown
Irrigate with 12 mil no more that’s enough
Take food to the roots, build them up, make em tough
Pause time, look around and note where I'll be needed
Some of the graden beds will start to be weeded
Happy with my work I retreat to my home
Thinking 'bout next weekend with sand and some loam…..
