Working on the gardens this weekend.

Pull any stray weeds and start throwing down some "wake up" fertiliser.. I use Rooster Booster for most established areas and simple Thrive dissolvable for the Vegepod and Dichondra patch.. Adding a little wetter and kelp to round out an easy weekend outside.

Next weekend will be follow up soil amendments on the lawns and a bit of humic for the gardens...

Cheers,
TC.

Take a break from the lawn and work on the rest
this year my flowers, my fruit will easily be the best
Throw chook poo all round and bathe liberally with water
its all in my plan .. .. .. go look .. .. .. you oughta

Prodiamine worked great and now very few weeds
any are pulled up, then "green binned" with ease
Got crabgrass in the beds and that gives me the shits
broad spraying's not safe, so I'll glypho the tips.

Tend to the food living in my Vegepod
with kale, chard and others all good for my "Dad bod"
A little dose of Thriveâ„¢, again, its all in the plan
check on the new garlic, it'll soon be in the pan

Lift the pool cover and "YAY" the water's still clear
this workin' outdoors is easy - maybe my new career?
With a glint in me eye, I peer across to my twin Bonnars
whoa girls - almost time - unsure who'll get the honours….

Must tidy the shed and get it set straight
Countess just asked if I could paint the side gates
Leave plenty of time when all the work is done
to spend it with family - you know, our loved ones.

Cheers,
TC.
