We have a McCulloch 2-man chainsaw Model# 1225A and would like to know how old this machine is and what part resources might be available.
This saw has a 44inch long bar with a 42 inch cut. The bar is adjustable and can be rotated to cut at any angle. We are guessing this saw was made in the fifties as it has a recoil rope starter. Any help would be appreciated.

12-25A was first model manufactured by McCulloch in 1948. 7.95 cu. in.
Parts are hard to come by but used ones can be found.
