Ran like a dream!!!!! no missfires, started second pull very niceley and didnt run rough. why would it have problems running on a warm engine?

It sounds like it could be a mixture problem.

When you (from cold) push the throttle from slow to fast does it hesitate?

Also how did you set the mixture jet after replacing the diaphragm?

Did you follow the directions in the packet when replacing the diaphragm? cheers2
