All jokes aside there's never been anything in it money wise in selling second hand mowers if it's any more than cash and carry, but sometimes it's better to see it go to a good home opposed to some rat bag just using it in a gravel pit of a front yard smashing holes into the skirt.

Yes as MF suggested putting it onto a skid and strapping it down will be the best option as that's how I've sent all the Scotty's I've sent to Queensland. I cut the skids down so that it just fits the machine perfectly, but as you said the money involved would not even come close to the effort required. If it's an $800 sale I get it but not a lousy $150 that's for sure.
