Yep, I guess that is 'Chartreuse Green' there.
I note that '4' is cast in the base and the machine has
a 'wash port' for cleaning the base.
I note the J64 in Turner material has a different fuel tank.
It may be this is a J63 ...?
These are rare ... in the sense Turner has been ignored in lawnmower
collecting circles. It's only in recent years that Turner is getting recognition.
Needless-to-say, 'rare' does not mean 'valuable'.
I have written a lot - but not enough yet about Turner.
