I'm wondering if perhaps you could take a bit more off the pulley? It's always tricky trying to make these sorts of calls from photos but that said the pulley still seems quite 'groovy'
Do you reckon you'd be game to take more off?
Pressure plate looks ok.
What grade paper are you using?
