I'm no expert, but the answer must be 'No' to your question.
This tells us there is no spark, but the problem could be as
simple as a faulty spark plug.
Thanks to Norm who is an expert in this area.
The better approach, now, is to remove the lead from the plug,
and place the lead end within a couple of mm from a metal surface
on the engine. Test for spark.
