I think we are trying to make sense of these A-V Everyman's.

The c/case ID includes the magic 'X' - meaning this is the
AUS made specification. The engine would be a Ballarat engine,
when Villiers made engines in this country.

I can't fathom the flywheel info.

Decals: yes, it is very possible eBay's Silensmessor can help
on the decals. His store is a small part of his portfolio.
You will need to PM him with you requirements.
