Hi Ken W and Mod CJ,
As I'm somewhat incapacitated at this present moment and am finding it near on impossible to sit in one position for any length of time I will delay what I feel what needs to be done and that is write a full procedure for the alignment of the rear drive drum (roller) and then the front roller.
This needs to be done as it is not really covered in the "Outdoorking Disassembly / Assembly videos" which were done quite some time ago now and as such it has been raised a number of times due to the two different bearing cups and the spacer ring that fits onto the roller axle shaft.
Stay tuned and hopefully I can get to it in the next few days when my back recovers and I can sit still without pain.
