yeah is a bit bad, the story goes......

It was given to me in pretty bad shape, ran like dog, smoky, spluttering, although the cylinder and knife are A1 perfect alignment, no dings, and not bent, it cuts pieces of paper perfect end to end.

But the shaft kept slipping and I think the previous owner kept tightening the screws down on the shaft and I followed suit, until you can see the result above.

I managed to drill and tap a thread in the stump that is left and bolted it all back together and cleaned the carby and spark plug, unbelievably somehow it runs like a dream, full power, no smoke or splutter, no vibrations or wobble, it is my everyday mower, must have got lucky there.
