Thats not a bad idea...They do look much nicer with the Midget, and will be a good use of the engine as you said, till hopefully a TECNICO" base comes along...
The date code is on the top of the flywheel on the inner edge of the rim section
There will be an R code then the last 3 digits will be the date.
