only if you had it apart , or if your just wanting to check or clean out ? then yup , last one i just used a good moly' type same as i greased my car with , the really messy black stuff seems to stay softer longer doesnt dry up .
ps , energrease AO or equivalent so the bible tells me , i just looked ... so if you like to go by the book there ya go
