The model type & code for the motor is above the spark plug and we need that.
When you checked the oil on the dip stick does it show that the oil level is only up to the full mark on the dip stick? The reason that I am asking this is because some people over fill the oil and with the crankcase pressure it goes directly into the carby and fowls the plug.
The picture that you put up looks like the motor has not done a lot of work from what I can see it was made in 1995.
Are you getting any oil coming out of the exhaust?
Did you tip the machine over on its side to clean underneath it?
Replace the spark plug and take off the air filter and start the machine a look to see if you are getting any oil going into the carby where the air filter is.
Let me know as it looks like in the picture you have some oil on the frame at some time.
