Im sorry I dont have ring specs for the midgets. You will need to send the piston and rings to them and they will try and find a match for you. And no you cannot use smaller rings, they must be a perfect fit to the bore size with no more than an 8 thou (approx) runout. If its more for display then tolerances need not be so critical.
