Hi Mike, what a nice tidy little machine. The machine would have been manufactured some time in mid to late 1970, as the date on your Briggs is the 27th July 1970.
Grumpy has covered all the bases, and as you say, a spin-grind for the reel and bed-knife, correctly adjusted with new reel bearings (if not already fitted) will be a very saleable machine!
