Hi Mervin, It's not a very clear pic, but I would hazard a guess that it a 4 stroke Pace 18" lawn mower, powered by a Kirby Lauson PLV30 (Tecumseh) engine and made after the take-over of Pace by Victa, most probably early to mid 60's
