The plug currently inside is NGK BPMR6A. I'll fiddle around when I have time, I got the CJ8 plug on hand. Because I broke the decompressor valve nipple on the carby body I bought a new carby body and it came with a new poppet valve. Forgot to mention part of carby rebuild I got new primer cap, float, needle (all aftermarket).
If all else fails would the culprit be the piston and rings?
