Hi and thanks Grumpy, yes it did have a blde plate mounting on it and I did put a genuine blade carrier as well as genuine blade bolt and washer(thick washer) which cost $35 in total plus coat of paint and I put the original carby back on after I serviced , washed and clean it, second hand wheels with good bearings ie no play. Another honda to my collection and I will be starting on another two hondas in a week or so. [Linked Image]
