Hi roebuck, and well done on that pickup. Those wheels it had on it are not Honda ones, you did well to ditch them. The ones on it now look about right in the picture.
The mower is an HRU194, which uses a GXV120 engine. Tappet clearances are inlet 0.004" plus or minus 0.001", exhaust 0.006" plus or minus 0.001".
If that genuine Honda base is not cracked or dented, the front axle has not eaten its way into it in a forward direction, and the grass door is good, the base alone might sell for close to $100 now that you've spiffed it up.
GXV120 engines are not uncommon, and you've got a few non-genuine bits on it now, so it may not be very valuable on its own. However depending on how long you spent on it, it sounds like you should do very well out of that purchase. Was the HRU blade plate mounting hub already on it? And you've fitted a genuine Honda blade plate?
