The owner manual should show you how to remove and replace both belts. We have the owner manual for the 4012GXTW (which has manual transmission instead of hydro) in the manuals section, and it has those instructions for that model. I don't know whether it is the same as the 4012H. Also, I see no mention of any adjustments for belt alignment.
