Hi Andy Re the broken stud. You will probably find that the stud has a square head on it and this head locks into a channel molded into the part that you think you may have to replace. Just tap the broken stud back thru with a light hammer. Get a coach bolt of similer diameter and weld up a square head on it grind it up to square. Get a good bolt on second thought as you well snap a coach bolt Regards Joe
