Joe, you produced a typo: Briggs and Stratton 4 stroke, not 2 stroke.
Leo, the fuel tank is screwed to the underside of the carburetor. It has a metal screw-on fuel cap on the top of the tank. You can't see it in the picture because the air filter is in the way, but it is near where Joe put the red circle, in the middle of the tank edge, straight down from the air filter. I have no idea what you mean by the Sumo of engine. Does this engine wrestle Japanese-style?
