Well there you go, it's a 1969 model, making it the V68, I have a feeling that the air filter and throttle controller may not be original, but then again they did run the G3 in 1969.

If it turns out to have either a G2 or 3Q carby though, then the air filter is tall green, pointed and opens at the bottom, and the throttle lever attaches to the side of that.

If the pictures reveal a G2, then the cut-out assembly is in the throttle lever housing, and a wire runs up there from the engine, I am unsure if this also applies to the 3Q.

Hopefully we can narrow it down more with pictures, but at least we can now say it is a 1969 Victa Self Propelled, V68, 160cc.
