1974 series 70 MKIII 160cc engine.
Traditionally this runs on the Victa G3 carburettor, and utilises a vacuum decompression valve. it is a port controlled 2-stroke, with mechanical ignition.
I can get the parts diagram up if needed, and the workshop manual for this one if you like is in the Victa section of the lawnmower manuals area.
