I have a 5hp briggs stock engine ona go kart (i didn't know what section to put this ? in) and it won't start. It is creating spark a good sparkand it is getting gas becaues the spark plug is wet. I had this engine running 2 yrs ago on just some wd-40 and it was seized when i tried it the other day.
