thanks for all your help guys, i took it apart again yesterday and got the ball bearing back in and with a few other minor ajustments its all running smoothly(except reverse , but even that dosent seem as bad as when the gears were the other way round). so once again thanks for all your help and suggestions. p.s great website guys !!!
