Should be fine, I imagine theres some technicality that would mean that the engine would not be an exact VSX-160 (I think they made som barely visible port shape alterations for the VSX) however that will have no effect in this situation, in fact i doubt you will notice a difference in running when you are done.

Make sure you remember to swap over the intake port, th VSX is straigh, not elbow.
