I bought my tilt a cut off eBay. I think its got a series 70 mk4 125cc motor. The flywheel was off it and the thread on the top of the crank had been damaged.
The flywheel is steel instead of aluminium so i imagine the Power torque would have the same. Or a weight and pulley in one on the bottom of the crankshaft.
If you put just a mower engine on the tilt a cut i think you would find the lack of engine inertia/ reciprocating weight would make it kick back when you try and start it. Its not a fun thing, hurts fingers bad and can damage the starter, pull the cord through the knob.
