Yup, plenty fuel.
We've had a friend come over to have a look and they tested the spark, seems there's no spark. Tried other spark plugs just in case but no go. They've now taken it to the work shop where there's a tester light thingo as well as other tools.
It's so disappointing that it's brand new and has something wrong with it already, and of course warranty is no good since it took us 3 years to unpack it haha.
Fingers crossed they figure out it's something easy to fix.
