having fun looking around - enjoying the 'mechanicking' I can do on small engines.
This one - Ryobi PLT3043A was found in the hard-junk collection that my suburb is going through. The guy put it out - and he said he didn't know if it had worked or not - it was there for 10 months when he bought the house.
Problems I found
1) fuel line perished in my hands (2 fuel lines from tank to carby - both perished)
2) Primer bulb shattered
3) Starter - some of the plastic gear had been cut from the metal catches not disengaging.
So - Fuel line and primer bulb are easy fixed I think...
Can anyone post a link to fuel line on this store?
Where to buy spare parts for the starter gear also?
