Well-well-well,i would strip it down totally and do a full re-build,then it would be good for another 20 years or so.because the internal steel got very hot due to friction,i would not be suprised if the upper/lower seals got cooked and broken rings.i feel sorry for you but it will be good experience and you will be proud of your re-build...ken
