Hi grumpy, yeah mate, I now remember that I too had a hell of a job getting the cutter clutch apart, I damaged the shaft as well with a hide faced hammer and in the end had to buy a new shaft, plus the thrust bearing was shagged, but got it all back together again, but I couldn't of done it without the illustrated parts list in the genuine Scott Bonnar manual.
It showed where all the bits go, in the right order...most important! wink
