There are several issues to worry about. Is the electric motor you are talking about an original fitment, or was the mower converted from engine-driven to electric? What kind of electric motor: what power rating, what speed, and is it fixed or variable speed? (The motor will probably have a manufacturer's rating plate giving this information). Without the answers to those questions I'd just be guessing what you are up against. It is possible that deejay will already know the details if the mower was originally electric, but if it is an aftermarket conversion, anything is possible.
