Hi Steve, glad to see that you are giong to restore it, I understand about the decals, it is a real pain that there is not a company that can reproduce them for us cheaply, as some resto's are hard to complete without them or in some cases they have been sprayed over....
Also I agree that there is little or no info on some of the earlier machines made in Oz, it is a real shame.
Can't wait to see some pics as you go along.
