It certainly looks like it has a cast deck. This one has an 8.5hp Honda motor with pull start, so I’m guessing it may not be the original engine.
It’s had its fair share of interesting repairs over the years and, while it works well enough for my current standards, it does need a fair bit of work and a few parts replaced.
The ginger cat, Hudson, was meant to be handing me tools, but he is easily distracted.
