I like the Honda GCV160 motors Norm for the ignition coil to fit the old 2 stroke Villiers engines.
The only problem with the Honda motor is it's the one with auto choke and no throttle control but I can always swap
those parts onto this engine for throttle control.
The Subaru base looks the same as a Makita base and I've seen people put Victa Powertorque motors on them
because the top of the base is mostly flat.
Haven't seen many 2 stroke mowers thrown out for years but recently found a Rover Suzuki 2 stroke ,Victa 2 stroke,
Masport Briggs 2 stroke ,SupaSwift Briggs 2 stroke.
