Max, I have another echo that is pretty well identical I think its an SRM 140. Identical (including ignition points) but has a diaphragm carby.
This is the serial (which indicates its one of the first made). The first symbol is the same as Kioritz (共立), but the second symbol does not.
The numbering system is certainly right for echo
